I literally couldn’t breathe when I was listening to the game. The first half was just plain ugly. It sounded like a nightmare for the backcourt. And Maya Moore was nowhere. And Monty was bricking shots. And turnovers were piling up. And Swanier’s speed was working against her. And they were rushing shots.
But thank God for those FREE THROWS. And Charde Houston. And my favorite college backcourt (after Bird and Taurasi) for working so well during the 2nd half. And Maya Moore for that AWESOME THREE! Wooohooooo!
And now, Greensboro Regional Champs. Wahaha. And a date with Stanford in the Final Four.

I’m back in the game! Yehey!
So here’s the thing. I entered my first ever bracket contest thingie this year. I’m in 2nd place now. The leader and I have the same final four (got them all right) BUT she has tennessee winning and I have UConn winning.I have more at stake in this than I thought….:) Now darnit, let’s get those Huskies another championship! 🙂 And maybe myself one as well. haha.
let’s just hope that they shut down parker and hornbuckle. and renee’s shooting won’t disappear like it did against rutgers. and maya moore will be her awesome self. then everything will fall into place.
but i’m getting ahead of myself here. win against stanford first, and then let’s worry about tenn — that is, if lsu doesn’t pull an upset. haha.
