Day 11 ELeast Favorite Sports Moment
No one wanted their favorite players (and even their most hated players) in pain. So my least favorite sports moment would be in 2004 when Birdy broke her nose less than three minutes into Game 2 of Seattle’s first-round series against Minnesota when she collided with Lynx Guard Teresa Edwards.
But just 48 hours~ removed from surgery, she dished out 14 assists during Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals against Sacramento. So, you know, broken nose or not, Birdy’s really awesome.

inDay 09 EOlympic Sport You Love
I’d totally cop out and say that it’s women’s basketball because it’s practically one of the only things that I’d stay up during the wee hours of the morning for. But since this list contains way too much basketball already, I’d just go with my favorite *winter* olympic sport — snowboarding:
Well, actually, it’s two — Half-Pipe and Cross — but they’re still both under snowboarding so …

And because I don’t really follow hockey and totally have no idea about any of the real-life teams, I’d just go with the one I know:
The Mighty Ducks were awesome.
*crickets*
Okay, this post makes me want to search the whole net for a copy of the Mighty Ducks Trilogy. I’m running out of things to watch and it’s only Day-001 of my three-day weekend.

inDay 07 EYour Best Sports Memory
It’s not really a right smack in the moment of sports sort of moment but this is something I think I’ll never forget. My volleyball team just finished a day in one of those Milo tourneys back in high school and our school’s badminton team was done with the day too (we weren’t really good but whatever not the point). Diary and I decided to leave our stuff with some of our teammates and hopped on to the Wendy’s joint in Taft. We then got on with the chatting and the gossiping and just basically nyor-nyor-ing about everything that we lost track of the time and before we knew it we had to go back. When we got back, our stuff was gone. We searched everywhere until those damn vball kids finally ‘fessed up where they hid our things.
Anyway, it’s not really profound or deep or any shite like that but that totally summarizes every single meeting I had with The Diary (caps necessary). We’d talk and we’d gossip and grumble about everything. And mostly those meetings just happen right after we did something sporty together — like P.E. Tres for example. Ergo, Best Sports Memory.

But anyway, since I can be so literal at times, I’d just go with the every Sue Bird D!e B!tches shot is my Best Sports Memory ever! answer. LOL.
